HÉBERGEMENT ET DISTRIBUTION

Le contenu du jeu — les défis quotidiens, leurs thèmes et les compteurs du classement — est hébergé sur Firebase (Google Cloud), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlande. Aucune donnée de joueur n’y est enregistrée.

L’application est distribuée par Apple (App Store) et Google (Google Play).

DONNÉES PERSONNELLES

SEQUENCE ne demande ni nom, ni adresse e-mail, ni création de compte, et ne vous relie à aucun réseau de joueurs : ni Game Center, ni Google Play Jeux.

Votre progression — les défis résolus et le nombre de coups — reste dans la mémoire de votre appareil, et nulle part ailleurs. Elle n’est ni transmise, ni sauvegardée, ni synchronisée : désinstaller l’application ou changer de téléphone l’efface définitivement. Vous pouvez l’effacer vous-même à tout moment depuis Paramètres › Supprimer mes données.

Quand vous gagnez, l’application ajoute +1 à deux compteurs collectifs du jour : le nombre de gagnants, et le nombre de ceux qui ont réussi en autant de coups que vous. C’est ce qui alimente le « classement du jour ». Ces compteurs ne contiennent que des nombres — ni identifiant, ni horaire, ni aucune trace de qui a joué : personne, nous compris, ne peut y retrouver une partie.

Pour déposer ce +1, l’application ouvre une session anonyme auprès de Firebase, qui lui attribue un identifiant technique. Cet identifiant n’est rattaché à aucune information vous concernant, n’est écrit dans aucun document, ne nous est jamais communiqué, et disparaît avec l’application.

Comme pour toute connexion à Internet, l’adresse IP de votre appareil est transmise aux serveurs qu’il contacte : notre hébergeur pour les défis, TMDB pour les affiches. SEQUENCE n’en conserve aucune.

Vous pouvez jouer sans connexion : rien n’est alors transmis, et le classement du jour s’affiche à titre indicatif.

CONSERVATION ET VOS DROITS

N’ayant aucune donnée personnelle à votre sujet, nous n’avons aucun fichier à votre nom : rien à vous communiquer, rien à rectifier, rien à effacer de notre côté. Les seules données qui vous concernent sont celles que votre appareil garde pour lui, et Paramètres › Supprimer mes données les efface entièrement.

Les compteurs du classement sont anonymes par construction et conservés sans limite de durée : aucune information ne permet de les rattacher à une personne.

Le contenu du jeu vous est fourni au titre du service que vous demandez en ouvrant l’application. L’application ne pratique aucun profilage, ne prend aucune décision automatisée à votre sujet, et ne transmet rien à un tiers à des fins commerciales.

Conformément à la loi Informatique et Libertés applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie — et au RGPD pour les joueurs résidant dans l’Union européenne — vous disposez de droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, d’opposition et de portabilité, exerçables en nous écrivant à contact@sapya.nc. SOURCES DES DONNÉES

Les informations sur les films et les séries (titres, dates, durées, nombres d’épisodes, recettes…) ainsi que les affiches proviennent de TMDB. Les affiches sont affichées depuis les serveurs de TMDB et ne sont jamais stockées par SEQUENCE.

Les autres thèmes (pays, animaux, histoire, géographie…) s’appuient sur des données publiques. Une erreur peut nous être signalée à tout moment.

CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

Jeu fourni à des fins de divertissement. Les informations qu’il affiche (dates, durées, quantités, mesures…) sont données à titre indicatif et peuvent comporter des erreurs.

Un défi est proposé chaque jour et les défis passés restent rejouables. Sapya peut faire évoluer, suspendre ou interrompre le service à tout moment.

PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE

Les titres, affiches et marques cités appartiennent à leurs ayants droit respectifs. SEQUENCE n’est affilié à aucun studio, chaîne ni plateforme.

Le nom SEQUENCE, le design et le code de l’application sont la propriété de Sapya.

HOSTING AND DISTRIBUTION

The game content — the daily challenges, their themes and the ranking counters — is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. No player data is stored there.

The app is distributed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play).

PERSONAL DATA

SEQUENCE asks for no name, no email address and no account creation, and connects you to no gaming network: neither Game Center nor Google Play Games.

Your progress — the challenges you solved and how many tries they took — stays in your device’s memory and nowhere else. It is never sent, backed up or synchronised: uninstalling the app or switching phones erases it for good. You can erase it yourself at any time from Settings › Delete my data.

When you win, the app adds +1 to two collective counters for that day: the number of winners, and the number of players who succeeded in as many tries as you. That is what feeds the “daily ranking”. Those counters hold nothing but numbers — no identifier, no timestamp, no trace of who played: no one, ourselves included, can find a single game in them.

To drop that +1, the app opens an anonymous session with Firebase, which assigns it a technical identifier. That identifier is tied to no information about you, is written into no document, is never disclosed to us, and disappears with the app.

As with any Internet connection, your device’s IP address is sent to the servers it contacts: our host for the challenges, TMDB for the posters. SEQUENCE keeps none of them.

You can play offline: nothing is sent then, and the daily ranking is shown as an estimate.

RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS

Holding no personal data about you, we hold no file in your name: nothing to disclose, nothing to correct, nothing to erase on our side. The only data concerning you is what your device keeps to itself, and Settings › Delete my data wipes it entirely.

The ranking counters are anonymous by design and kept with no time limit: nothing in them can be traced back to a person.

The game content is provided to deliver the service you request by opening the app. The app does no profiling, makes no automated decisions about you, and passes nothing to third parties for commercial purposes.

Under the French Data Protection Act as applicable in New Caledonia — and under the GDPR for players residing in the European Union — you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which you can exercise by writing to contact@sapya.nc. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at any time: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

DATA SOURCES

Information about movies and series (titles, dates, runtimes, episode counts, revenue…) and the posters come from TMDB. Posters are displayed from TMDB’s servers and are never stored by SEQUENCE.

The other themes (countries, animals, history, geography…) draw on public data. Any error can be reported to us at any time.

TERMS OF USE

This game is provided for entertainment. The information it shows (dates, runtimes, quantities, measurements…) is indicative and may contain errors.

A new challenge is offered every day and past challenges stay playable. Sapya may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The titles, posters and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective rights holders. SEQUENCE is not affiliated with any studio, network or platform.

The SEQUENCE name, the design and the code of the app are the property of Sapya.

GOVERNING LAW

These notices are governed by the law applicable in New Caledonia. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nouméa.
